Standards

The Standards conversion node provides functionality to convert media from one incoming format standard to multiple output format standard.

Usage

The Standards node applies the same set of format conversion parameters to all clips in the node. For that, it is necessary that all clips in the same node are of the same incoming standard. To ensure this, an standard format has to be selected before using the the node. If no standard format has been set in the Workflow Manager, it can be set in the Standard Selection panel on the bottom left.

Standards converted can be cached to disk in the Workflow Manager if required. Note that caching will only be available if disk cache locations have been specified for all target standards.
