If you're looking for the PFTrack documentation it's all included as a set of HTML files in the application install folder on your computer. You can use the embedded help tools to search for specific information, access learning articles and video tutorials, or use the in-app support services to get help directly from our support team.

Searching the learning resources
The quickest way of accessing the documentation and other learning resources is to search for what you're interested in using the search bar at the top-left of the PFTrack window:
For example, searching for "how do I create a camera preset?" will display links to the documentation describing how to use the presets panels, and information about how to calibrate your lens grids and manually generate new presets.
It's best to include longer phrases in your search, rather than just a couple of keywords. This will help our AI-based search engine to better understand exactly what you're looking for. For example, if you're looking for help on setting up the camera model for your input clip, instead of just searching for "camera model" try something like "what is the camera model in the clip input node?". That will provide more context to ensure the search results are better related to what you need.
After searching, the top-ranked results will be shown first, and clicking on a link will open your desktop web browser to show that documentation page. You can also see any other results that may be related by clicking the Expand search.. link at the bottom of the window, or access all the learning articles and YouTube videos as well.
Browsing the documentation
If you'd like to browse the documentation pages directly, just click the Documentation button underneath the search results. By popular demand we'll add this link directly to your user dashboard in the next build of PFTrack so you can access it more easily.
You can also get a brief description of any button or widget by hovering your mouse over it for a few seconds to open a tooltip. For more complete information on using a particular node or tool, click the ? button at the left of the panel. This will open the relevant page in your web browser without needing to search for anything:
You can also read the documentation outside of PFTrack by looking in the documentation folder where PFTrack is installed (C:/Program Files/PFTrack on Windows, or /Applications/PFTrack on macOS). Just double-click on the index.html file and that will open the top-level documentation page in your desktop web browser, where you can use the buttons and menus on the page to browse through all the available topics.
In-app support services
We also have in-app support messaging available from your dashboard where you can send a message directly to our support team. If you're a PFTrack subscriber you can open a support ticket and get one-on-one help with a tricky shot, or get assistance in using a specific node or tool. Our support team is available to help you out and answer any questions you have.
