We will be performing upgrade work on our servers on Thursday 11th July between 10am and 12pm GMT. During this time you will be unable to log in using PFManager or PFBucket to assign or release entitlements. Support ticketing will also be unavailable during this time, as will login to the PFAccount admin hub and the PFAcademy.

Update 12:17pm GMT: all services are now available again.
