Network connection problems

We are currently experiencing a network outage preventing connection to our servers. We apologise for any disruption caused and hope to have connection restored soon.

Update 08:33 GMT: The network issues have been resolved and access to our servers has been restored. We apologise again for any disruption caused.

Essential Maintenance

We’re currently performing some essential maintenance on one of our servers. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to have services restored soon.

Update 08:28 GMT services is restored now.

Scheduled Maintenance

All web services will be offline for a short time at 11am GMT today whilst we perform some scheduled maintenance work on our servers. We apologise for any inconvenience and will be back up running shortly after.

Update 11:57am GMT – maintenance work is now complete

The PFAccount Admin Portal will be unavailable for a short time today from 12:00pm GMT whilst we perform some maintenance work. We apologise for any inconvenience and should be back online shortly afterwards.

Update 13:10 GMT: The PFAccount Admin Portal is back online.

The PFAcademy is currently unavailable and undergoing scheduled maintenance. Service will be restored shortly.

Update 17:02 GMT: The PFAcademy is back online now.

Update 09:32am: We have identified the cause of the problem, and the issue should be resolved very soon.

Update 10:52am: The network issues have been resolved and access to our servers has been restored. We apologise again for any disruption caused.

Power Outage

We are currently experiencing a power outage that is preventing access to some of our servers. This is currently affecting login to the PFAccount admin hub, entitlement management in both PFManager and PFBucket, and support ticketing.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will provide another update as soon as power is restored.

Update Jan 14th 09:35 The power outage has been resolved and access to our servers is now restored. We apologize again for any inconvenience caused.

 

 

Scheduled Maintenance Work

We will be performing upgrade work on our servers on Thursday 11th July between 10am and 12pm GMT. During this time you will be unable to log in using PFManager or PFBucket to assign or release entitlements. Support ticketing will also be unavailable during this time, as will login to the PFAccount admin hub and the PFAcademy.

Update 12:17pm GMT: all services are now available again.

Scheduled Maintenance Work

Both the PFAcademy and PFAccount Admin Portal will be offline fort a short while on Wednesday June 12th from 10am GMT onwards whilst we carry out some maintenance work.
