Points move slightly in 3DS Max
Hello all, I need help please. Tight deadline.
I import my live footage into PF Track
I do all the processes correctly. Everything is fine in PF Track
When I import into 3ds max the points move slightly.
Why don't they stay still?
The scale is a little off in max also so I adjust that in max but geometry keeps moving ever so slightly.
Thanks in advance.

I would add a "revisions" to the originator's reply. Disregard the original footage you imported to PF track in the first place. This footage is no longer relevant. PF Track adds some distortion when camera tracking. First, you don't need to disregard your original footage. You can use it in other software depending on your tools and workflow, but you will have to undistort it when viewing to get the trackers to line up. To get a camera solve, software like PFTrack (technically) has to remove (undistort) the footage to get a proper solve. https://www.thepixelfarm.co.uk/post/why-you-need-to-know-about-distortion-calibration https://www.thepixelfarm.co.uk/post/lenses-and-camera-tracking When you solve, your camera you will see your frame resolution change in the upper right corner of the Cinema. Generally your width and hight will change to allow the footage to display without cropping. Depeding on your pipeline, you should generaly export your footage with the Footage Export node to create the media needed for use in 3D software or Compositing software to make sure thins continue to ling up. If you have software that supports ST-maps you have the option export undistort/distort images an these can be used on your original media in other apps to distort/undistort.
