Why does the software close when I open the import pop up, in Windows OS ?I just can't use it, when I go to browse the system it freezes
Hello Caio,
First of all, we recommend using the Windows native file browser to load media. This is a standard Windows File Explorer window, with the usual "Quick Access", "This PC" and "Network" lists on the left. You can tell PFTrack to use this in the General preferences by making sure the "Use OS native file browser for loading media" option is switched on.
If you're using this browser and it's freezing when trying to browse to media, it may be having trouble accessing one of your drives. If you have any network attached drives or similar then I'd suggest removing these and adding them back one at a time to see which is causing the problem.
